The information from your initial consultation will give insight on the needs of your bodywork and movement program. Customization is based not only your goals, needs but also current lifestyle, schedule, preferences and personality.

These sessions combine Rolfing/Bodywork and personal training. After your Rolfing/Bodywork treatment, we will take you through customized exercises based on the goals of that session. You will received a customized workout with exercises, videos that you can access to perform on your own.

After your session, receive a customized home workout to maintain the benefits of the session. Includes Self Fascial Release and Resistance Exercises. You will be given access to personalized videos, instructions and program design Ongoing support for questions provided.
