Holiday Workouts on the Road!

This program is designed for you to be able to get  your workout in no matter where you travel this holiday season!You have  9 exercises targeting lower body, upper body and cardio power. Spend 60 seconds on each exercise, back to back. I love to use my TABATA timer on my Iphone to keep track of my time! Once you have completed 9 minutes of work, or as I like to say "play." Take a 60 second active recovery and repeat again!
